The committee aims to create an inclusive space for queer workers within CFJWJ, focusing on the intersections of LGBTQ+ and workers' rights. Our goals include facilitating discussions on current LGBTQ+ issues affecting workers and advocating for inclusive policies within our coalition and beyond, with meetings held every other month.
